By registering as a sales agent, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your registration.
Commissions will be calculated based on the company's current commission structure. The company reserves the right to modify the commission structure with 30 days' written notice to agents.
Commission payments will be processed on a monthly basis. Agents must submit all required documentation by the 5th of each month to receive payment for the previous month's sales.
The company will collect, store, and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to such processing.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. The company reserves the right to terminate immediately for breach of these terms.
All sales materials, training documents, and company information remain the intellectual property of the company and must not be shared with third parties.
The company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from this agreement.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.
The company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Agents will be notified of any changes.
By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the provisions outlined above.
